Businiess name:  Ken's Japanese Restaurant
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
We ordered the Mongolian Beef; it was accompanied with mixed vegetables, rice, and an orange. The mixed vegetables were not fresh and the beef had gristly fat throughout it. I was also disappointed in the lack of willingness on the restaurant's part to accommodate us - they were out of salmon so we asked to substitute a California roll instead of the other choices they had for their Bento Boxes; they would not substitute. The California roll had to be less expensive then the salmon that they could not offer because they ran out. We ordered the fried squid for an appetizer; it was tough. My husband lived in Japan for a time and felt that it was some of the worst Japanese food ever. Back to the drawing board to discover a good Japanese restaurant in Nashville. Cons: parking
