Your review\r \r Being a native it's difficult to write this.....but if the cafe fits. After a long week of teaching San Francisco's children this looked like the perfect place to dine. I saw a delicious looking meal served outside, so I decided to try it. When I asked the stiff waitress if I could have the same meal as was served to the lady outside, she informed me the lady was a ""regular"" customer, and she'd have to ask the chef if it was ""possible."" Once finally agreed upon I was delighted, but after sitting for 30 minutes waiting for a simple plate of eggs and sausage, while 7 other diners came in next to me and were served within 10 minutes of their arrival, I became ""turned off."" My dining companion kept saying that it must be some mistake, but when he asked the waitress about the progress of our brunch, she curtly said that she had no explanation! Apparently, since we were seated directly in front of the kitchen it hadn't even been started. Had she been kind and concerned about the mishap we certainly would have understood. Rather, she offered no concern or explanation for our situation. This is the worst I have ever been treated in a restaurant in San Francisco.
