Review content:
As hot and humid as it was for those four weeks, I loved every minute of it (as I always do). In hindsight, I think the exposure to these elements on a nightly basis probably helped increase my endurance for the Peachtree Road Race and keep my time at the same as it was last year with toughter weather conditions. Plan to do another boot camp later in the year.
Pleased with my results as well.
