If your order is right and your food is fresh then you are okay. BUT GOD forbid they get something wrong because they don't give a rats a**! They are rude and VERY unconcerned with customers who complain. My husband picked up food there a few weeks ago on a Friday night. They were busy and initially it took 45 minutes to get FOUR burgers. Then one was made wrong, they said they would remake it but basically we don't care if the rest of your food gets soggy and cold while you wait. He waited thinking it couldn't possibly take more than a few minutes to make ONE burger.....WRONG! It took THIRTY minutes! We live FIVE minutes away and by the time he got back everything was cold, including the burger they said they just made! The remade burger was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted and get this....it still was NOT made right! I logged onto my facebook and proceeded to tell them about the situation and instead of being an adult and addressing the issue they took my comment off their page and BLOCKED ME! REALLY? I wasn't rude, didn't use foul language, I just simply told them their food and service was lacking....which it was. I can promise you I will NOT ever eat there again and not because of the food, I mean you can get bad food anywhere at anytime. I won't go back because of their FOUL childish attitudes towards customers who complain about poor service or poor food. If you can't handle complaints then maybe, just maybe you shouldn't be in business plain and simple.
