Review content:
A few year back I had all new windows installed in my home all with lifetime warranties. I recently found something wrong with one of my windows and Evans Brothers will not honor their lifetime warranty on my window, because they said the manufacturer of the windows had went out of business. On my contract, it doesn't say anything about ONLY the manufacturer will honor the lifetime warranty. My contact is typed out on an Evans Brothers letter head and signed by one of Evans Brothers employees. I would not recommend Evans Brothers to anyone due to the fact that they do not stand behind their word. NOT PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL.
