Recently my 1997 Ford Taurus broke down in the middle off the night. I was unsure of my exact location, as I am not from the Grand Rapids area. I called a family member who lives in Grand Rapids and she recommended Hansen Towing. I called them and explained to there dispatcher that I had a general idea of where I was, He said that even though they were very busy he would dispatch a truck to try and find me and assit me. Within 10 mins. I saw their truck comming down the road. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of thier truck right away. I flashed my lights to let the driver know that I was the person that he was looking for. They driver then approched me and asked the situation, I told him that not being from around this location I was unfamillair with where to bring the car. The driver was very professional and well dressesd, he listed to me the closest and most reputable service locations. I choose one then he helped me gather my items to move into the truck. While he was hooking my car onto the flatbed, I also noticed how clean that the inside of their trucks were. A few years ago I had a run in with another tow company in the area, (big red trucks) there truck were not as clean inside or out, and thier driver was near as polite. Once the car was loaded and delivered, I still didnt have a ride home. The driver insisted that he drop me off at my family members house. AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!. If I ever need a tow in Grand rapids agian I will deffinatly use Hansens Towing....Great job!!!
