Review content:
I have to say the first time I went to Sushi Tango, I was less than impressed due mainly to the service. This was the first month they were open and it seems they have done a pretty good job of ironing out the wrinkles since. A couple friends and I went for dinner last weekend and had a blast. We sat at the sushi bar and had a BLAST. Our sushi chef was fantastic preparing everything quickly and beautifully. The fish was very fresh and he was attentive dispite the restuarant being 3/4 full. I recommend the centipede maki and bluefin sashimi.
Pros: Attentive Chefs, Good Menu
