I've eaten at Wildfire approx 10 times. Excellent chopped salad! Food is very good. Prices ok. Service and table proximity --- yikes! Every time we have a reservation; every time we still have to wait -- up to 20 minutes. The wait staff has a tough time serving the food, because the tables are way too close together. Also negative is the speed with which they try to remove your plates and get you out the door! We took a group Friday and it was ludicrous: if you hadn't taken a bite of food for 10 seconds one of the assistant wait staff was trying to remove your plate -- whether finished or not. FOUR TIMES in less than 10 minutes they tried to grab the same person's plate who was not finished. It was very irritating. Although the food is good, this kind of treatment ruined our dinner.
