Review content:
The Ahi Tuna was amazing as was the Porterhouse. The mashed potatoes were just right and the sauces used were just enough to be flavorful, but not intrusive. I had yet to find a place that made a good apple martini here in the Twin Cities and Wildfire has it down pat! If I weren't so full, I would have had dessert too, which looked wonderful! I will say that they have WAY too many tables in there. The servers were tripping all over each other to get around. I don't think you need the image of being greedy when you are a high end restaurant. Get rid of some of the tables so the people dining have some privacy and aren't getting elbowed by busboys and hosts on the way by. We had a great server though... I wish I remembered her name. I definately recommend Wildfire.
Pros: Wonderful Food, Amazing Apple Martini, Friendly Service
Cons: Too Many Tables
