Review content:
The service Friday night ruined what should have been a memorable evening. A couple drove up from Palo Alto to meet us to celebrate their engagement - our reservation for 6 was at 8:15 - we arrived at 8:25 so understood a slight wait for the table. We were put at a table in an alcove and promptly forgotten. At 9 pm no waiter no water - etc. I had to retrieve the waitress several times and she was openly curt to us. We complained to the manager and this did not help - we left and didn't have dessert because it was 11 pm. The food was good but the evening interminable and I felt bad for our guests. THe attitude the waitress expressed was shocking for a $ 300 plus tab. - Last: after we had had menus and decided on our food (at least 15 minutes) the waitress came in to say they didn't have several items so she left again while we rechose -
