My wife and I went in today to buy a model kit for my son for Christmas. Found a kit, the owner pointed out that he had just got the kit in as the actual car was very popular. When we were ready to check out, we went to the register and waited patiently for him to ring up the gentleman in front of us. While waiting, the owner’s dog pooped nearby on the carpet. When a kid inside pointed it out, the owner commented he did not care. When the guy in front of us was done checking out, he and both owners began to shoot the Sh#t. A friend with the shopper mentioned they should move so others could check out (this was 10 minutes after we got in line). The shopper commented that no one else needed to check out. His friend looked at us apologetically, but did nothing else. Then the owner came out from behind the counter to continue a conversation with the shopper whose purchase was complete. My wife asked if we could checkout. The owner looked at her said NO and then turned back to continue his conversation. At this I took our purchase (about $75), set it on a nearby shelf and left. I do not think he is making so much money he can't afford to refuse to check someone out. We waited a total of about 15 minutes patiently to be treated rudely. We left and went to Michaels found the same items and spent about $45 and were thanked for our purchase.\r

WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO Z&Z. If I am going to pay those prices, then I deserve to be treated with respect.\r
