Customer service starts with the phone call. The receptionist, Michael, is the rudest, most annoying person I've had to deal with in a long time. Not only did he whine about every request I made (that I was willing to pay for, of course), he even complained that I was ""requesting too many cars"" (since when is getting too much business something to complain about?). Fed up with his attitude, I asked to speak with the manager. He hung up on me with a ""go call a different company."" \r

I don't care how great this company's chauffeurs may be, no company employing people like this should be getting my business, or anyone else's.\r

Luckily, I found several other reputable limo companies in Las Vegas that offered professional service from the moment they answered the phone. The company I went with offered me and my clients clean vehicles, smart looking chauffeurs, and overall satisfaction.
