Review content:
Gyms certainly span the gammut so no matter what you want you can find it. For me, Golds is what I was looking for. It is serious about providing what you need to get you to where you want to go... while not being ""exclusive"" to the muscle heads. On the other hand it is certainly not a fashion show that you might expect at gyms frequented by the casual user. I think it falls somewhere in the middle...good enough to keep me in shape and then some. Free weights are plentiful as are cardio machines. The music is energetic and not stuck playing ""classic rock"" where you hear Stairway to Heaven or Freebird every time you are there. I have always found the gym to be clean and the showers are good. I don't need too much else.
