Review content:
I really wish I was writing a positive review, but based on horrible experiences with rude customer service people, I feel I need to warn people what they are in for with this company. My wife and I purchased jackets in December, my jacket arrived ridiculously too small, even though I had purchased based on sizing guide. I returned the jacket for a replacement, which took a ridiculously long amount of time for them to inspect and replace, even though I am a local customer. The replacement jacket was defective, the arm construction was not symmetrical. Because I was already aware of the long wait times in replacement, I ordered another jacket from them (big mistake) as again, their sizing rarely matches the real world. After sending the defective replacement back, I was informed they couldn't find anything wrong with it, and refused to refund the jacket, telling me I had to accept store credit or the jacket back. The funny thing is that in all the nonsense dealing with them, I went to a local store called Lifestyle Cycles in Anaheim, purchased a jacket that was labeled one size smaller than the two jackets I bought from Leatherup, and it was a perfect fit. so now I am out over 200.00, and a very strong reluctance to order again from the '99 cent store' of leather goods. save yourself the headaches and order from a dealer who actually cares about customer service.
