Review content:
About a year ago i asked i called our your company to replaced a failed spring in my garage door, and mechnical issues with the lifter. At the time of the service, we had some disagreements over how the lifter was repaired, what I didn't realize is that the spring you used to replace the door was not adequate. Since this repair, my door has had nothing but problem. This week I called another vendor for help, they informed that YOU put the WRONG size spring on my door. To demostrated this by disengaging the lifter. I was told that the spring should hold the door up on its own at about the mid point. This keeps the door from hurting children or other things.... the door immediately slammed shut. The spring I was told was simply not adequate to hold the door. I am outraged that you put a cheaper/smaller spring in my unit and charged me money for it. I personally think you should reimbursement for the spring and time (and that doesn't include my cost to replace the damage to the door), but I doubt that will happen. I kept the spring for evidence in the event you have any doubt / questions.
