My Acura's (from the 90's) back power window would not roll up. Instead of paying for an expensive motor the service team simply rolled it up for me and disconnected everything so that no one would be able to roll the window down, and it get stuck again. They did not push the expensive part of me and agreed they would do the same thing in my situation. \r When I got my car back a day later they had gone the extra mile and cleaned up my car very nicely. A large scratch above my tired had been removed. I still ended up paying a fair amount but it was 1/3 of what I was going to have to pay for a new window motor.\r They also started a rewards card for me that is basically like a gift card for the next time I go to Acura of Portland. It is good for anything! Pros: Knowledgable staff, great customer service, was not pushy Cons: A bit costly
