I have been a client at Aloha Dog and Cat for many years and have not had a problem, not a single issue. Everyone has been wonderful and great. I always tell people try my vet clinic they are great there.
One of the people I sent there called me a little over a week ago and told me she took my advice and saw a new Doctor there and....... she was awful. I pointed out I had known they hired someone new but hadn't had the chance to meet her. My friend told me she barely even looked at her animal and spoke to her in a condescending attitude the whole time. I decided to check myself since one of my kitties was coming close to being due for a check up. She was awful. What happened to my vet clinic. I have never been spoken too so rudely before she acted like I was an idiot.
I will still recommend this clinic but i will not recommend her and I plan on talking to the owner about this I love this clinic and I don't want it to go out of business based on a poor hiring choice.
So go to Aloha just make sure you don't see Doctor Smith.
