Hey, This is the first ever I have been compelled to write anything about any service I have received.. But, Mario Hood at Northgate Jeep gave me outstanding service. This is my first experience with this dealership or a dodge, I'm here to say I'm hooked on both.
Not only did he treat me with respect but, also like I was his only client (and I know I wasn't). A weeks or so after the sale, I ran over a screw, he asked if I could get the car there.. I did.. then the service dept patched my tire and sent me on my way within minutes...
It's been over a month and I'm still smiling over the service and my car.. I keep his business cards in my wallet so when someone mentions needing a car, I tell them to check out Mario first.
I believe that customer service really begins after the sale. Mario and Northgate give outstanding ""CUSTOMER SERVICE""
