Review content:
I live near Besta and have been ordering from them for years, BUT NO MORE.
The pizza has always been OK but cheap on the toppings (The only pizza I like in WNY is gino and joes in the main place mall).
Besta used to make a good sub. THEIR SUBS SUCK NOW. The sub bun is about half the width it used to be and 2/3's the former length. There is virtually no meat on them (subway puts more meat on their subs) and the toppings are virtually not there. I ordered an assorted sub and had to open it up to see if there was any toppings on it. I ordered lettice tomato onion and banana peppers. There were 4 - 1/16 inch thick pieces of tomato on the whole sub and a thimble full of each of the other ingredents.
I am now a former customer.
Just a little tip for those sub and pizza places like Beta.
Nothing worse than lowering the quality of your product to maintain your profit margins at the expense of your customer.
Raise the price if you have to, but maintain quality, or you will be out of business.
When I buy a sub or pizza I expect to get something when it is delivered.
I would gladly pay more you fools.
