Review content:
I had extensive surgery here and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The dates of some of my surgeries were changed and I was not told, other surgeries were rescheduled and they got me mixed up with other patients. Fortunately I caught the mistake. When I said I was in pain, the staff got nasty with me. Dr. Horowitz can't sit still long enough to have a conversation with you and if you ask the staff questions they get sarcastic and defensive. I will never go back but I was desperate and a friend had recommended the place. I'm having more problems now than before surgery but the doctor just keeps saying it's too early to judge the outcome. Beware!
