I am a patient of Dr. Cliff Brock and am wildly happy with the service I recieve through him, however I went to see Dr. Kevin Edwards last week and felt very uncomfortable. Dr. Edwards seems pretty nice but very un-warm and ""all business."" It shocked me that when he was done he plainly said a few short words when I still had stuff in my mouth and then left the room. His assistant seemed sweet but I think it was probably her first day there and that was very stressful to watch even for me. It kind of also confused me when his accountant came marching in before he started and told me plainly how much money she needed TODAY. I was kind of in shock, I did not know places ran like that. I have had root canals at a couple different places in Portland and Lake Oswego and I had never encountered anything like that. Even though the procedure was quick...I am not sure I will ever go back if the opportunity comes.
