I am a frequent customer of ralphs shoe service. I have been going there my whole life it seemd and so did my parents. they have fixed so many things for us. Everything from purses, coats, shoes, and so much more. The most recent thing was a work belt for my father. he wears the leather pouches out every now and then. We brought it in and according to Bill the schedule wasnt out for another three days but he got it done for us the next evening. I have talked to just about every person that works there. They tell me its a family run and owned business that has been in southdale since the place opened. And they seem to be down to earth real people that have there bad days too like everyone else. I am so sorry to read all these bad stories but in my opinion I would rather try and fix my stuff at home if they were no longer around. Keep up the GREAT work!!!
