I posted this on Google, and I'll post it here too. I know when I'm being ripped off. This computer store has the highest prices in town, and the slowest service. They told me my computer would be looked at in three days and it took almost three weeks to get an answer. After two weeks, I called them and was told it was ""on the technician's desk."" Then I waited another couple days and called back. Of course the diagnosis was ""still in progress."" After a week of being ""in progress."" They said it was going to be over $400 to fix and tried to sell me a cheap Lenovo laptop for double the cost it would be online. I can buy a new laptop anywhere else for much cheaper. I was far from impressed and will not be going back to this place.
