I can guarantee two things if you choose to visit this shop - (i) to find an inventory, albeit expensive, that is fairly extensive and (ii) to be treated like garbage. Without a doubt, this is the worst retail experience I have had in the city. The woman whom I encountered, who turned out to be the manager, was nasty AND unhelpful. She did not get out of her chair when I asked for recommendations for buttons for my coat. I was told to ""just look around."" When I tried to show her a picture of the same coat, she said, ""why are you showing me this?"" When I asked to speak with the manager, she informed me she was the manager and that my complaint was a result of ""misunderstanding."" How kind of her. I would suggest to the owner to fire this woman, as she has ruined twice for me a store that is a real gem in terms of offerings. Based on the other views, clearly I am not alone
