For anyone that enjoys TRUE authentic Mexican food, La Cueva is the place to go. It is the only restaurant I have been to in Denver that matches the Mexican cuisine I have had during my visits to Mexico. The food itself is excellent. The service is always pleasant, although it can be slow on occasion. Again, if you are looking for REAL authentic Mexican -- LaCueva is the only place to go!
