My overall experience was great with Regions the first time and the second. I am a retunign customer. I used Regions Van lines to move from NYC to FL and now back to my home town. I was referred by a friend that had used them previously more then once. They took a list of my furniture over the phone as I was in NY at the time and could not have anyone come out to do an on-site. No matter what I gave alist they gave me a reasonable price. It was a little higher then some other quotes that I had received just by doing research but I really preferred to pay a little more knowing that I will get Excellent service. They did arrive on time on pick-up and the items left FL right away and I received my shipment a few days later. No damamges and nothing missing. Amazing crew very professional in wrapping my furniture and recommending that certain things needed to be packed better to assure that they arrive in one piece. Thanks for all of your help I greatly appreciate the amazing service again.
