We hired Regions Van lines to move us on 10/19/2011 from Fort Lauderdale to Kentucky. Chaya was my representative. I started looking for a moving company locally based here in my area. Eventually I had found a site that I put my info on to receive a free estimate. Wow Oh Wow did it become overwhelming as my phone just went off the hook. Not realizing that I put my Info on a Leads source that sells the moving info to several companies. My phone did not stop ringing even until today I still received calls from companies. After speaking with a few different companies I had decided that I am going to use Regions Van lines since they have been in business for quite a while and have good references ,the representative ( CHAYA) helped make me feel very comfortable over the phone assuring that I will be satisfied that everything will go smoothly .
The movers arrived on time. They were very courteous and professional. They wrapped all of the necessary items, they also advise me of all additional charges I may have had at that time. They told me that if I take up more space then what was on my order for service that I will be charged additional. We also requested a quick delivery but Chaya told us that they cannot guarantee that there is a delivery time frame that we must go by and that the maximum time that is allowed. My husband And I were very pleased with the way that they had handled all our personal belongings. We definitely would use this service again. The crew came in uniforms and was very nice too deal with.
