Review content:
My car would occasionally stall when coming to a stop or exiting an off ramp. Every time I took the car to the dealer to have it looked at they could never find anything wrong. They would say we checked this or that, then send me on my way and ask me to ""see how it does"". A few days later the car would stall again. My boss recommended I call Frantz Automotive. When I called and began to describe my problem I was very impressed with the manner in which the gentleman on the phone asked so many questions in an attempt to gather as much information as possible. After our conversation he said he suspected the problem might be a faulty solonoid in the transmission of all things, but asked me to bring the car in to verify. Turns out he was right! The cars been working great ever since. Oh, and the gentleman on the phone turned out to be the owner, Don Frantz. It turns out Mr. Frantz also happens to be a member of the Cary Town Council. Cary not only trusts him to fix their cars but the town also! \r
