My husband and I went for a cleaning and I was told I needed 2 root canals done. The dentist I saw at Packard Dental didn't show me my x-rays or go over anything with me to show me why I needed the root canals, I had a bad feeling about it and went to another dentist a week later for a second opinion, and neither of the teeth had any decay or showed any signs of needing a root canal. Needless to say I will never go back to Packard Dental. Definitely a 'buyer beware'.
Also, when the receptionist at Packard Dental made my appointment with the endodontist for the root canals I didn't need, I told them I needed someone who would accept my insurance. They blew me off completely and just said ""If they don't take your insurance they will just tell you how much it is when you get there.""
Overall it was not a good experience.
