I had the absolute worst salon experience at Jose Eber in Beverly Hills. Previously living in Plano, Texas, I would get my haircut at the salon there. Being a current cosmetology student in LA I wanted to ""try"" this location as a potential place of employment. Needless to say, my hair was destroyed after the entire haircut was done with only a razor and thinning shears. The color had zero shine and a green tint. I went home and tried my best to get used to the ""change"" but was embarassed to go back to cosmetology school. I then returned to the salon to demand my money back. The female manager was terrible and would not refund my money. I would not go to this salon unless you want a very simple cut and have money to waste.\r
Pros: learned what NOT to do when I work in a salon
Cons: poor management, uneducated stylist, overpriced, outdated, etc.
