Review content:
The gal that sees to it you are waited on in an efficient manner has a lot of attitude and was down right rude to my daughter and me. A couple of weeks ago I called to put my name on the list and was told that it would be approximately an hour and a half so I came in then. I then proceeded to wait another 40 minutes with my toddler. This is a long time for her to wait and we had already gone through the snacks and books that we brought but I was determined that we would be waited on soon. In the meantime she delighted in handing me the shampoos that are set out at her level while I put them back in their place behind her. The dragon lady behind the desk told me ""can you keep her away from here."" Finally someone else with my name came in and we discovered that my name was never written down. Instead of making sure that we got in next she let someone else in before us and when I said it sure is hard to wait with a toddler she said ""that's not my problem"". It was clear that this establishment was not worthy of our business so we left. This place is not child friendly and I'll never go back!
