I thought I was the only one who received poor customer service so I didn't say anything. In April I emailed inquiring about a specific cake for my sister-in-law's birthday and delivery options. I specifically mentioned in the email not to contact me by phone because at that time I was living with my brother and sister-in-law and the cake was a surprise. I never received a response by email in the time they said it would take for them to respond. Until a WEEK LATER they CALLED my sister-in-law took the call. Totally ruined my surprise and when I did call back the woman on the phone was extremely RUDE and couldn't even answer my questions. After they ruined my surprise and were nasty to me I decided ordering from them would not be a good idea. Now I'm glad I didn't order from them.
