Review content:
We held a dessert reception at our wedding and was so pleased to find a bakery that was so higly recomended. We ordered our wedding cake and several other desserts to be delivered to our wedding. On our wedding day we verified everything yet it didn't show up at the wedding. Not only did it not show up but they made several bad excuses (ran out of gas and got lost) yet we never received a phone call from them and were unable to reach them at the store. They aren't refunding the money we paid and were as apologetic as 7-11 worker would be if they were out of candy bars.
DO NOT USE HOFFMANS IF YOU WANT SERVICE OR YOUR ORDER.
