Businiess name:  Dim Sum Chinese Restaurant

Review content:
We drove all the way from south Charlotte to try what we were told is the best dim sum in town. We were disappointed with the really limited selection. We figured since it was a Saturday afternoon (1pm) it would be the height of dim sum service with the full array of offerings. There were only 4 other tables occupied. The flavors of the the different dishes (we had shu mai, hum bow, har gow, steamed pork buns and a couple of others) were not bad. There wasn't, however, a large enough selection. I did not really care for the egg custard tarts (they smelled really ""eggy"" and weren't very sweet) or the pineapple bun. If you're in the area, it's worth a visit. After all, I know of only 2 places in the Charlotte metro area that have dim sum cart service. Neither one compares to dim sum in San Francisco, let alone, Hong Kong. Pros: reasonably priced, actually has dim sum cart service Cons: location, limited variety
