I recently relocated in Fallon, NV and hired the Wallaces to help sell my home. They refused to advertise in the local paper (no Craigslist here) and rarely returned calls. They did not respond to emails or texts, and when reached stated they were busy with their property management business. The one prospective buyer they showed the home to was brought in without an appointment (we had specified appointments ONLY) and was not financially qualified to purchase our home. Needless to say, we switched agents and sold our home in less than three weeks. Do not recommend!!!
