I'm not really sure where to start. I wish it were possible to give this place 0 stars! As far as my actual alterations go, it was completely average, if not below average. But quality was not the issue in my situation. Timeliness and customer service are my complaint with Becky from Becky's alteration.
Long and short of it, I took a bridesmaid's dress to Becky to be altered. It was completed on time, but she closed her store for over a week without letting me or many other customers know. I was unable to get my dress on time! Also, she charged me for something I did not want done to my dress and refused to give me my money back. She finally decided to write me a check, but she ""accidentally"" wrote it out to herself. When I went back she refuse to give me another check.
Till this day I have never encountered such a ridiculous and ignorant person, who has no right owning a business. Someone who has no clue about customer service does not deserve such a privilege.
