I have a small, non-aggressive dog. She was shaking like crazy when I picked her up, and when I got her home and looked her over I noticed a large chunk of skin cut away from her elbow, another on her belly. It was so bad I had to keep it wrapped to keep out infection. I called them immediately to let them know what I found and they tried to tell me they didn't do it. I have an indoor dog that is very well cared for...they were most certainly not there before. I will never take my dog back to that place, and would certainly never recommend them. I am now leary of any groomer I take my dog to.
Cons: poor customer service, and even worse doggie service
