Review content:
I went kayaking this past weekend on the ""Frog Rock"" guided tour and I had a complete blast! The guide was super friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He introduced us to the kelp forest, the fish below us, the bald eagles nesting above us and gave us a history of the island. The tour was about 2 hours long, kayaking to and from about 30 minutes each way. As a newbie to kayaking this was about the perfect time for me. In between, we rested next to Frog Rock and were treated to cookies and bottled water. We got to explore the rocky shore and I took home a few rock souvenirs.\r

I thought I'd be intimidated since I've never kayaked before and we were kayaking in the ocean but it couldn't have been a more relaxing experience. The kayaks are special ocean kayaks that are hard to flip over and we stuck fairly close to shore. Also, I was able to choose whether to have my own or kayak in tandem. They also provided us with tiva like sandals (much better than my sneakers) and incredibly, we only paid about $38 per person.\r

I loved the personal choices I was able to make in this adventure, the guide, the people, and the entire experience. Most highly recommended!
