Review content:
I would normally ignore such an ignorant review about my photography. Everyone has their opinion, but when a client lies just to get satisfaction instead of calling me back, I must say something. The words used to describe me (ham, guy, shrimp, horrible, fake, etc.) are very rude, insulting, unprofessional and immature. To better inform you (the reader), my clients had a studio design album (all digital), which, by the way must be produced in Photoshop. The sad part is that both he and his wife came to the studio and had every opportunity to change, swap out or make recommendations before the final album was made. They ""SIGNED OFF"" (approved) the album before it was finished. Only after-the-fact did this groom decide he was dissatisfied. They came back to the studio (after the album was completed and delivered), to state their complaints. At that point I was only going to charge them what it cost me to have the prints and album fixed (that's why they sign off (approve) the album). They seemed disappointed so I finally told them that I would take care of it for them for free. They were going to let me know what they wanted me to do, took their book and I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM AGAIN. Lastly, I very surprised that such a fine web site, ""Citysearch"" allowed someone to make such personal and derogatory insults to my business. His post should have been taken off.
