Businiess name:  Holiday Lanes

Review content:
I was unable to make any kind of contact with Holiday Lanes and the listed phone number does go to their business, however it is only an answering machine without any kind of basic information such as business hours or rates. In addition, they only invite messages requesting information on birthdays and leagues. It would seem that this business has yet to enter the 21st Century and even still, has poor business practices for being stuck in the 20th Century. How hard is it to answer the phone, list basic information or even have a simple website? It would seem that either this business is too lazy to reach out to new customers or they simply don't care, which is a huge red-flag. They certainly lost our business today, due simply to a failure in listing their basic information or answering the phone. Sure, I could just drive out there to see if their open and what their rates are, however if they aren't willing to make such a small and basic effort to provide their potential customers with information or a contact, then it makes me wonder what other aspects of the business are lacking. Holiday Lanes should be a good example of how not to run a successful business or boost your customer base. A hint: We are in the 21st Century and in these times, businesses should have at least a webpage (even if one of the free ones). If a business so chooses to ignore the changing times, then they should at least answer the phone, though the latter has been a given for at least the last 70 or so years.
