Review content:
This company is something else, and am finding it really hard to know where to start. I never do this, but think this is justifiable. First, they don't call you back after they send you notices about things that have to be fixed. This is misleading when they end their letters with ""If you have any questions, we encourage you to call..."" I need repair work done to my porch. To this day, I have no idea what needs to be done. When I scheduled a meeting with the property manager, she had stated she was going to be on the property to inspect another unit. She never showed up. Then lied about it, stating she ""drove by"" for that inspection. (Must have been a detailed inspection being performed from the car). One car entered the driveway that morning and it was my neighbor. I could go on and on, but in any case, avoid this company if you can. They're not as Elite as they appear.
