I am a longtime customer of Crossroads Exxon of Cary. I have been going to them since Mike's father owned the business. I would not go to anyone else.
Not long ago, I had them check out my Honda CRV because it was making a terrible sound and leaking some fluid. I was afraid I would have to go back to the dealer, but they diagnosed the problem, did some research with Honda, determined it was necessary to hold on to it for a few days, and they fixed the problem. Since then, I haven't heard a peep. They even called me a few days later to make sure I was satisfied. They always go above and beyond. They regularly e-mail or call me with check-up and service reminders.
The professionals at Crossroads Exxon of Cary offer nothing but friendly, outstanding service. You get exactly what you pay for and the prices are reasonable. Also, I know I can trust them.
They are the only ones I want to work on my car.
