Very friendly people, willing to help. But make sure you know what you need before buying anything. That way before you purchase it you can check to make sure you have the correct part. I recently went with this business for a fender on a specific car, told them all of the information they asked for, and they told me the wrong car. It ended up the fender was for a coupe not a sedan. They were so friendly, it didn't happen on purpose, just make sure you know what you need, so you can verify you have the correct part..
Pros: very friendly, helpful, will go out of their way
Cons: if you wanna save money you have to go into the yard yourself to retrieve the needed parts
