This is my first online review. I selected Jack Herb based in part on the recommendations of this site, and I was sadly disappointed. Flowers were ordered and flowers were sent, but the flowers which arrived at my friend's funeral service did not even remotely resemble the flowers I had selected and ordered based on a photograph on the florist's website. I selected a beautiful and sophisticated upright arrangement in whites, creams, pinks, and roses. The arrangement that arrived was an ""anything"" fan shaped arrangement, with bright yellows, oranges, purples, and blues, among other things. While the flowers were fresh, and I'm sure, lovely in their own right, the arrangement was so different from what I had ordered that I kept looking around trying to find the flowers I had sent, thinking there must have been some mix-up with the cards. When I contacted the florist the next morning, I was informed several of the flowers in the arrangement I had ordered were not available, and a substitute arrangement had been sent that was similar in size, color, and feel. They missed the mark on this by such a wide margin, I can only imagine they thought any arrangment of any sort of flowers would do. I was also informed that since I had ordered my flowers after regular business hours, no floral designer was available to tell me the correct flowers were unavailable, or to discuss substitutions with me. When I asked why I was not called the next day when the designer saw there would be a need for a substitution, I was told they were considering adopting such a practice. I was offered sincere apologies and a minor discount, which I accepted, but it doesn't make up for the fact the special arrangement I selected as a farewell tribute to a very dear friend was not there. The arrangement which was substituted did not even come close to expressing the thoughts and sentiments I was trying to convey with flowers at such a difficult time, which only added to my grief. Pros: Loved the website. Cons: Apparently the website is misleading.
