Review content:
Both over the phone and in person, the front desk staff is short with you and often rude. The vets really don't listen to you and you know your pet best. I took my pet into them for vaccinations and a week later she was sick. Instead of thinking that maybe it was the vaccinations making her sick, they ordered a bunch of tests to try to figure out why she was so thin. They would not listen to me when I kept telling them she was the same size she had always been (for over 13 years) and her behavior changed within 5 days of getting vaccinations. They never once suggested giving her fluids or trying ANYTHING to help her (even though she stopped drinking water 1-2 days before) until all of the test results ($500 later) came back negative (2 days later). Once she got the fluids - she was back to normal within 2 days, guess what - it was the vaccinations that made her sick.\r

Your pet deserves better and you deserve someone who listens to you.
Pros: Good location in Highlands Ranch
Cons: Everything else
