I would NOT recommend That Personal Touch Catering to anyone who wants to host an event on the weekends. I had ordered $700.00 worth of catered mexican food for an event at a public facility. Everything started out well with delivery (although the table skirts did not fit...so we had jagged table cloths). Once the food was set up, the That Personal Touch employee left. The trays, bunson burners, table cloths, etc. were NEVER PICKED UP AT THE END OF OUR EVENT and left for me to haul away and clean!!! When I contacted That Personal touch Catering the following Monday, I was told that they do not pick up their suff on the weekends. WHAT? I was told that I should have indicated that I wanted them to not only deliver but pick up....in my opinion that is BAD BUSINESS. NO WHERE on the website does it indicate that I need to ""request"" for them to do their job. When I cater an event, the idea is for me to not have to worry about the food at all. This was a HUGE inconvenience for me and when I requested a discount off the bill for this, I was denied.
Pros: Food was fine
Cons: service AWFULL, no pick up of ANY food, etc. after event
