""I got a rather bad haircut by Nicki. I kept thinking it would get better as it grew out, but instead it got worse. So after 3 weeks of this, I called the salon and told them I wasn't happy, and wanted someone else to shape up my hair. The receptionist I spoke to was not very receptive to my situation, stating they'd ""probably"" have to charge me if I got my hair re-cut, even though I wasn't happy with my haircut and paid $60 for the cut.\r

After much argument, I got an appointment with Dani. AFter making a special trip (driving all the way across town to their salon), Dani spent less than 5 minutes on my hair, then refused to re-cut it or reshape it, stating I'd need to let it grow. It was clear that they had no intention of trying to make me happy.\r
