Review content:
My son had been involved in a collision. Obviously, it was a real traumatic experience. Akins repaired his car. The thing that I was the most amazed with is that they sent me an email updating me on the status of the car every day. It was about a 4 week repair, so the work was pretty extensive. The day they said it would be ready, it was actually ready the night before.
Their customer service is absolutely wonderful. The day the car was ready, I brought my son down and we went and picked up the car together. They turned a very negative experience into a very positive one.
