I had a bad experience here. One of the associates yelled and berated me after i canceled an order on a dress. The deposit is nonrefundable so they made 40 bucks off me already plus 4 bridesmaid had already put down $75 deposits on their dresses. She told me I ""have issues"" and i just have never been treated so badly at a store in my life. Not all the sales representatives are rude ( Elsie is really nice,patient and helpful) but I wouldnt remcommend the store. It is never acceptable to be rude, condescending and raise your voice at a paying customer.
