Review content:
Although I heard a few good things about the store, my overall experience was less than desirable. Every bride dreams of the experience of picking out her dress, going for the fittings, etc., however I dreaded every bit of it. My bridesmaids, who purchased their dresses at this store did also. I will give credit to the owner that with one picture of a dress I supplied to her that I loved the look of, but not the price tag, she was able to pick out something similar almost instantly. After that it went down hill, from receiving a dirty petticoat I spent two hundred dollars on, to receiving little help when trying on my dress, to trying to get in touch with them and not being able to get someone to answer the phone, it was all very aggravating. Every bride knows that planning a wedding, at times, can be stressful, but the stress should not come from dress aspect of the wedding.
